In addition to the campus being built and expanded extra staff and faculty were needed. The school took $360,000 to finish building after the campus was cleaned up from construction they let students in. This artifact is important to local researchers because this campus opened right in our own backyard. It is a great location historians could come teach or learn about the surrounding community. This is highly significant to the community because it is a new campus for students to come to instead of having to go to Ft. Pierce.
